Some recent finds...

On a recent flea market excursion, I found these little lovelies and had to bring them home with me:

I'd been on a hunt for the large vintage glove mold for awhile and had even purchased the small hand in front at the flea market a few months back, but when I saw this one- David handed over the little bit of cash that he had left and I was able to purchase it. I also got the little woman wall pocket and her "sister" as I call her that is in the photo below. Just a side note, the little tooth and the drip and drop vintage salt shakers are flea market finds from previous months...you just never know what oddities you'll find there!

The other "sister" and a few more hands that I've been collecting since fall. The other new purchase is that nifty little photo of a girl sitting in the moon. I also purchased the vintage floral frog that I have the photo displayed on. They are typically used in the bottom of a floral arrangement, but made really neat holders too!

I always try to find a little treat for David while I'm out...he's a cleaner. I can bring home the dirtiest dingiest thing and that guy can get it clean...this radio was a good example..wish I had a before pic to show you...he works wonders. Dirt BEWARE!!

This vintage metal kitchen cabinet made me so excited to find! The glass doors slide open and then there are the two drawers that you see, and then hidden behind those doors are two shelves that slide out! The only sad thing is that just under the top of it you see an empty space, that is most likely where a pull out top would have been for kneading your dough and making biscuits or something similar...I don't have a clue where I could find a replacement piece for that... so sad...but I love it nonetheless!

I thought of you when I realized they were S&P's...I couldn't tell when I bought them, the little holes are so tiny on top. You'll have to check them out next time you are over- maybe that's not what they are at all??

I have that same "sister!" My mom got it for me for Xmas a couple years ago. Man, we really do have the exact same taste, haha.
